Getting the right solicitor
Waddington Turner Wall solicitors’ offer expert advice on Equine Law. They feel that without an in depth understanding of horses, problems can occur. If your solicitor or lawyer doesn’t understand the horse world then your chances of success are reduced significantly.
Michael Bower and the team have been dealing with these sorts of cases for many years, with high rates of success. In that time, they have built up a team of experienced and well respected experts who can provide supporting evidence when required. These include barrister and expert witnesses.
A large proportion of our cases are referred by people who:
- have used his legal services before,
- know him through horse related activities,
- have been recommended by other clients and professionals (including other solicitors).
Meet the rest of the MBEL team.
Costs
Any legal case and particularly litigation can be costly. Michael, Rebecca and the rest of the team will always be upfront about:
- whether you have a case that can be successful,
- the costs/potential costs involved, and
- whether the case is worth running e.g. costs v value of horse.
Resolving a dispute
Not all disputes have to end up in court. Many issues can be resolved through phone calls and correspondence. You may just require some advice about how to write a letter, drafting an agreement or guidance on how to manage a dispute through the small claims court.
Whatever your issue if you don’t see what you’re looking for here please give us a call, the chances are we’ll be able to help.
