Frequently Asked Questions – General

Do you have a car park?
There are a total of 10 parking spaces to the front of the building so there are normally spaces available. If for any reason there are no spaces available then there are usually places along Devonshire Street, please note that there is a parking restriction of 1 hour from Monday to Friday.

Do you do home/hospital/nursing home visits?
We will always try to accommodate any requests for off-site visits as we understand that it is not always possible for you to visit our office. When you contact us please let us know if this is the case and we will always do our best to arrange a mutually convenient appointment.

Do you have disabled access and facilities?
We have a car park to the front of the property and the building is accessed via a low gradient ramp (with handrail) making it suitable for both wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. If you require any assistance to access our office then please let us know. There is a disabled toilet and an easy access interview room located on the ground floor not far from the entrance to the building.

How do I know what fees you are going to charge?
We understand that this is always an area of genuine concern so we have provided more information on this in Our Service section, so just click on the link for Legal Fees in Our Service section.

How can I pay you?
The methods by which you can pay are provided in Our Service section.

Why have I received two copies of your Terms & Conditions?
We always issue two copies; one is retained by you so that you can refer back to it, the other needs to be signed and returned to us to show that you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the firm.
