Poppy (K Too) – A sad farewell

We said a sad farewell to Poppy (K Too) recently. Never an easy decision but certainly the right one.

A homebred mare, Poppy was challenging, talented, quirky, opinionated, accident prone and affectionate. I never thought she really reached her full potential but nevertheless she taught me so much.

Thanks to Suzanne Stubbs who enjoyed some time with her latterly hacking out and showjumping. There aren’t many people you would entrust her to or would have the patience and understanding.

I hope the sun is on your back and grass soft beneath your feet and that you and your Mum aren’t falling out too much!
