Whilst I’ve been waiting to get the all clear on my collar bone Mrs B has continued to have lessons with Mr Willie Halliday. It’s certainly paying dividends as she & Rocky jumped 1.20m at home last week and then won one of their showjumping classes at Northcote EC on Saturday.
Very proud of them both as Rocky nearly had a career ending injury two years ago and, unlike me, Mrs B has never had the confidence in her own ability to compete on a regular basis. In the past there have been rosettes for dressage tests and she was 5th in a BE80 a few years ago…so it’s not like she can’t do it (no pressure!!).
